Change or Cancel Your Order 

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at hello@kagpet.com at your earliest convenience. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If you would like to edit or cancel an order, please contact us within the first 8 hours after the time your order was placed. Anything after that is not promised and may require a $10 cancellation fee because we've already started working on your order. Thank you for your understanding. 

Returns & Exchanges 

If you are not happy with your KAG Pet purchase, don't hesitate to contact us at hello@kagpet.com within 14 days since you receive the item. Don't worry; your satisfaction is our first priority. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your KAG Pet item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please also send us an email at hello@kagpet.com with the situation and the tracking number of your returned item; otherwise, we don't guarantee that we receive the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. For a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

 - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
